Welcome to Reliance Animation Academy’s Program in Direction. Turn Stories into Powerful Visual Narratives. The Program in Direction is an intensive 6-month course designed for aspiring filmmakers who want to master the art and craft of directing for film, web series, and digital platforms.

This program provides hands-on training in storytelling, visual language, screenplay interpretation, shot division, and working with actors and crew. Students will learn how to transform a script into a compelling visual narrative while understanding the technical and creative responsibilities of a director.

Through practical assignments, live shoots, and project-based learning, students will direct their own short films and build a strong creative portfolio by the end of the course.
